KYJO will be kicking off the 3rd ANNUAL BBQ COOK-OFF in November during Fresno State Homecoming Week at O'neill Park. This year's special event will be benefiting KYJO's Foster Family Agency. Last year we had 300 people in attendance and some of those included Fresno State Football Former Athletes. Several Fresno State Former Football Player names to mention are: Jeff Thiesen, Chad Ede, Alan Harper, Jaime Kimbrough, Anthony Limbrick, Charlie Jones, Michael Pittman, Vernon Fox, Sam Williams, Stephone Paige, and Lorenzo Neal. We had 25 teams who competed in the BBQ Cook-Off and three selections of meat to choose from: chicken, beef, and pork. Top three winners from each meat category are given trophies. Other winning recognitions include "People's Choice" and "Overall Champion". This is a family orientated event. Everyone had a great time meeting and greeting, participating in the tasting and voting. If you are planning to attend Fresno State's Homecoming Football Game on Saturday, November 8th, 2014, come and join us at O'neill Park from 11:00 PM to 2:00 PM.
