Help Our Youth Become #FEARLESS

So many of our community’s youth struggle with mental health issues – and we want to teach them how to become #FEARLESS.

Now, being #FEARLESS does not mean adversity doesn’t affect you. Instead, it means knowing adversity is coming and learning how to face it. Being #FEARLESS means not going it alone, but understanding that it’s okay to reach out for support when you need it.

We want to provide that support to local youth. Which is why, in partnership with Athletic Performance Fresno, we’re opening a gym that promotes both mental and physical health care. Together, we’ll help Fresno- and Clovis-area youth become #FEARLESS.

The Link Between Mental and Physical Health

“Mental health is not apart from, but rather a part of athletic health.”
Brian Hainline, NCAA Chief Medical Officer

Mental and physical health function in tandem. If you do not feel healthy in body, you will not feel healthy in mind – and vice versa.

That’s why our new gym will be built, from the ground up, to promote both mental and physical health. We’re not creating just another workout center. We’re building a place where youth can learn to believe in themselves, find inspiration, and truly grow.
