Last month, Nixon (pictured above) showed what consistent hard work and dedication can do, by becoming one of the most successful residents in KYJO history! 

Nixon moved up to the fourth and final stage (Test) of our residential group home program, a testament to his perseverance and straightforward attitude. Nixon faces down his fears and struggles each day because he’s dedicated to learning, growing, and becoming a successful adult. 

In addition to moving on to the Test Stage, Nixon recently completed two self-help groups and joined two other groups – which will help him continue growing after he leaves KYJO. Nixon wants to be a leader for his family and his peers; that’s the motivation that keeps him journeying onward!

Join us in wishing Nixon luck, as he moves toward transitioning out of our homes … but not out of our family!
